So, this is my story!
We bought our first home many years ago and decided to renovate. Little did we know what the outcome was going to be!
Six years later, renovation finished, the decision was made. We were going to sell. We had numerous agents through, all very nice and very interested in selling our home but the stand out was Morisson Kleeman, more specifically Leigh Maher. Leigh understood that this was a decision extremely close to our hearts and we weren't even 100% sure that it was the right one. So with out hearts and our blood, sweat and tears in her hands we decided that if anyone was capable of selling our home and doing it the justice it deserved, it was Leigh and her team of experts.
Leigh was honest, upfront and confident not only in herself but in us and our home. We really hit it off and found we could talk on a level that it felt like a friend was selling our home. We felt important enough though that it was like our home was the only home she was selling. There was no stone left unturned, no bad time to call, no question too silly. How could it be anything but a brilliant outcome???
And so it was! We were absolutely ecstatic when our home sold for more than we could ever dream of. I dont think that is luck......
Wether it be the Seller or the Buyer, if Leigh Maher treats every person that she meets the way she treated us and our Pride and Joy, i have no doubt that miracles will happen for that person too.
The combination of Leigh and Kate, her assistant, made the whole process bearable and even fun at times.
We still have an ongoing relationship with Leigh because now we are the Buyer. I still feel important and in touch with the market and can trust in her honesty and support. I dont think you can find that in many people these days. She has wonderful morals and I believe its the simple things that count. Be reliable, be honest, be accessible and finally, be committed to each person as wholey as you can to get the best results. I think not only Leigh but Morisson Kleeman as a whole has stood the test of time on all these things.
The Seller usually becomes the Buyer, so its nice to know in Leigh Maher and Morisson Kleeman, i can rely on someone in this crazy world of Property.
And the process comes full circle!!!
