While this is very much after the event I wish to give you feedback on your firm’s performance in a sale (St. Andrews) undertaken on my behalf early this year.
I interviewed 3 agents / firms for this assignment, the two other firms both had offices closer to the property and representatives of longstanding in the area, as well as multiple linked offices in reasonable proximity to the property and on paper looked more than adequate for the task. However your agent Tristan Messerle was clearly the most professional in his pitch for the business being straightforward, well informed and not indulging in soft soaping & bulldust. While I had the single hesitation that he was young (this may be more of a reflection on my accumulation of years rather than his lack thereof) this was outweighed by his personal credibility from his manner along with demonstrable understanding of the market and the strong recommendation of a friend who had had recent experience as a vendor using many local agents and could only recommend one amongst these and spoke with high regard for Tristan.
It is not my custom to write recommendations for any professional services, and I never thought that I would be writing one for a real estate agent, but Tristan’s unfailingly professional approach with just the right amount of, and timing of, feedback, along with a speedy result of a sale price in line with my expectations did much to assist me in a difficult time.
