Julie is a much valued asset to the Morrison Kleeman team, with over 17 years experience in the real estate industry. Julie lives locally in the Diamond Valley area having a familiar face in the community. As personal assistant to the business Directors at the Greensborough office, Julie brings her enthusiasm and service excellence. Julie managed the process of getting our property ready for sale and she did a truly fantastic job! We live in WA and the property we sold is in Victoria and initially I had concerns that this may be a challenge in getting the property ready for sale. The property had been a rental and I was aware that we would need to do some touch ups to present it in the best possible manner, working with a modest budget. From very early on in the process I felt confident that Julie would provide the most appropriate recommendations and advice to present the property in the best light for sale. Julie worked within the budget we had set and was relentless in working to provide us with the best value for money quotes and service providers. Throughout the process we were kept up to date with regular emails, phone calls and gentle reminders as appropriate. Julie managed the time line for the process and when we were delayed for reasons out of our control Julie adjusted the time line and rebooked contractors and work providers resulting in minimal impact to the first home open date. Throughout the whole process I felt that Julie was there to support us in every way possible and even after the home sold, Julie followed up with us to ensure that the final boxes had been ticked and we hadn’t missed anything. We were very lucky to have a deposit put down on the property prior to the first home open, the sale process was a very quick one, we are very grateful to Julie for her efforts in guiding us to present our property in the best light for a very positive home selling experience.
Once we made the choice to choose Morrison and Kleeman, we were quickly introduced to Craig Parker’s assistant Julie Cortese-James. She is one of the most organised people we have ever known. She had every aspect of the organising of photos, interior designer, and any other services we required. Julie continued to assist throughout the campaign with anything we needed. This was the first house we had sold and we were very nervous however, Julie was always there to answer any questions.
